Is your Chill Stick broken or not working? No problem!
Just follow these steps...
- Click on the orange "Support" button on the bottom right of this window.
- Enter your Name and Email.
- From the Category dropdown menu, select "Warranty" then "Chill Stick."
- Under "How Can We Help You?" articulate how the item was damaged or defective. This helps us better understand the issue for our NextGen models.
- Attach a picture (or pictures) of the defective product.
- Click "Send" and wait for your replacement to arrive!
